Work With Me
Work With Me
Healing is not one thing.
Sometimes it begins in the body, in chronic pain, tension, or a nervous system that has not known rest in years. Sometimes it begins in your life, in patterns that repeat, wounds that will not close, a life that looks fine from the outside but feels hollow within. Sometimes it begins in the soul, in grief, in transition, in the slow unraveling of everything you thought you believed, in a longing for presence that goes beyond what any program or practice can offer.
Wherever you are entering from, you are welcome here.
Not sure where to start? Ask yourself: is this a body question, a life question, or a soul question? That is usually enough to point the way. And if you are still unsure, reach out. A free 20-minute consultation is always the right first step.
Engaged Life Accompaniment
Walking alongside you toward wholeness, integration, and the life you were made for.
Virtual or in person
When life feels stuck, unaligned, or in transition, this is the work.
At its heart, this is life coaching, but not the conventional kind. Engaged Life Accompaniment draws from the contemplative tradition rather than productivity culture. It is not about optimizing your life or reaching a set of goals, though clarity and direction naturally emerge from the work. It is about going deeper, meeting what has been avoided, integrating what has been fragmented, and returning to a life rooted in your truest values.
Drawing from shadow work, inner child and family integration, somatic and bioenergetic practice, and the wisdom of contemplative traditions, this is an invitation to go all the way down.
This work is for people who are done with surface solutions and ready for something real.

Spiritual Direction & Companionship
Virtual — One-on-one
There are moments in life that cannot be fixed, coached, or therapized. Moments that ask something deeper, a presence that can sit with you in the unknown without rushing toward answers.
Spiritual direction is one of the oldest practices of the contemplative tradition. It is not therapy. It is not life coaching. It is a sacred accompaniment, an intentional, ongoing relationship in which one person helps another notice and respond to the movement of God, the sacred, or the deeper life within them.
Every person arrives at this work differently. Some are new to the inner life and looking for a steady hand. Some have been walking contemplative paths for decades. Some carry a wisdom they cannot yet name, old souls who have always sensed that something deeper was real, long before they had a tradition or a language for it. Some are in crisis. Some are in transition. Some simply feel a quiet pull they cannot ignore.
Wherever you are arriving from, that is the right place to begin.
Thomas Keating teaches that the way of pure faith is to persevere in contemplative practice without worrying about where we are on the journey, without comparing ourselves with others or measuring our progress against anyone else's gifts. The divine light, he reminds us, is fully available to anyone who consents and surrenders to its presence and action within. Not to those who have arrived. Not to those with the most years of practice. To anyone who shows up and opens.
Drawing from contemplative Christianity, Buddhism, Taoism, Sufism, and the interfaith mystical traditions, this is a non-dogmatic space. You do not need to belong to a tradition. You do not need to have the right words or the right beliefs. You only need to be willing to show up honestly.
This is not a destination. It is a companionship for the road.

Bodywork — Precision Muscle Release
In person, Austin, TX
Sometimes the body needs direct, hands-on attention. Precision Muscle Release is an integrative bodywork session designed to release tension, restore mobility, and address musculoskeletal pain at its source.
Drawing from integrative dry needling, manual therapy, trigger and motor point techniques, e-stim therapy, and cupping and gua sha (scraping), this is active, focused work. You feel the difference immediately.
A note on what this is and is not: this is not a relaxation massage. It is precise, targeted clinical work on the body. You will be an active participant. The work is always adapted to your body, your tolerance, and where you are that day. This is therapeutic release work, not a deep relaxation service.
Particularly well-suited for athletes, those recovering from injury or surgery, and anyone suffering from chronic pain or carrying chronic tension in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs.
Somatic Integration
Bringing the body into the conversation
In person, Austin, TX | No acupuncture needles
When insight lives only in the mind, something essential is missing.
You may already be doing the work. Sitting with a therapist, building real understanding of your patterns. And yet something remains just out of reach. A tension that does not release. An emotion that lives in your chest before it ever becomes a word. Somatic Integration Sessions are designed for exactly that threshold.
These private, one-on-one sessions offer a guided space to slow down and listen to what your body is already holding. You rest fully clothed on a massage table in a quiet clinical setting. We begin with gentle breathing and a body scan, allowing the nervous system to settle and attention to turn inward. From there, the session follows what is present in your actual experience, and may include guided awareness, reflective inquiry, or a parts-oriented or relational lens. Nothing is forced. Integration tends to arrive in unhurried space.
This work is especially helpful if you carry anxiety, chronic stress, or physical tension connected to emotional patterns, and are already engaged in therapy or another healing practice. It is not a replacement for mental health care. It is the embodied complement to the insight work you are already doing.
No acupuncture needles are used in these sessions. For full details on session length and pricing, visit acupuncturetogetheraustin.com.
