Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture

Whole-person care, rooted in over two thousand years of medicine.

In person, Austin TX · One-on-one sessions

Most people come in asking for acupuncture. What they receive is something larger.

Acupuncture is one branch of a vast and ancient medical system, Traditional Chinese Medicine, that has been refining its understanding of the human body, mind, and spirit for over two thousand years.

The needles are real, and they work. But they are one tool within a complete approach to health that addresses the whole person: body, energy, emotion, and the conditions of daily life that shape all of it.

The needles are one tool within a complete approach to health.

The foundation

Acupuncture

Acupuncture works by stimulating specific points along the body's meridian pathways, regulating the flow of Qi, the vital energy that underlies physiological and psychological function.

It is precise, deeply effective, and remarkably versatile. Guillaume specializes in chronic pain, mental health, women's health, orthopedic conditions, anxiety, and depression, and brings dry needling alongside classical acupuncture for targeted musculoskeletal work.

But a session here rarely stops at the needles.

A complete system of care

Beyond Acupuncture

Chinese Herbal Medicine & Phytotherapy

One of the most sophisticated botanical traditions in the world, Chinese herbal medicine works alongside acupuncture to address root imbalances from the inside. Formulas are prescribed individually, not off a shelf, and tailored to your specific pattern.

Moxibustion

Uses the gentle heat of burning mugwort to warm and nourish, particularly for cold and deficient conditions, chronic fatigue, immune support, and certain gynecological concerns.

Ear Seeds & Auriculotherapy

Bring the full map of the body into the ear, offering ongoing support between sessions for pain, anxiety, sleep, and stress regulation.

Diet & Nutritional Guidance

Through the lens of Chinese medicine, this is not a generic eating plan, but an understanding of how specific foods affect your particular constitution, your current imbalance, and your capacity to heal.

Lifestyle & Emotional Alchemy

Chinese medicine has always understood that how you live, how you move, how you rest, and how you relate to your emotions are not separate from your health. They are part of your health. Sessions often include guidance on sleep, movement, stress, and the emotional patterns that classical medicine has long recognized as both causes and expressions of physical disease.

Functional Medicine Integration

Where appropriate, Guillaume bridges Eastern and Western frameworks, helping you make sense of lab work, symptoms, and health history through both lenses.

One person · One session

Care tailored entirely to you.

Every session is one-on-one, unhurried, and tailored entirely to you.

Guillaume does not see you as a set of symptoms. He sees you as a whole person whose body is trying to communicate something, and his work is to listen carefully enough to hear it.

A note on what makes this different

A different framework for understanding health.

Western medicine excels at crisis intervention and diagnosis. What it often cannot offer is a framework for understanding why a pattern keeps returning, why the same pain comes back, why anxiety never fully resolves, or why a person can be technically healthy and still feel fundamentally unwell.

Chinese medicine has spent two thousand years developing exactly that framework. It does not treat a symptom in isolation. It looks for the root, the terrain, the pattern beneath the pattern. And it treats the person, not the disease.

That is what Guillaume brings to every session.
